It starts by explaining the story of Rhonda Burnett, Plaintiff and what happened to her that prompted her suit. It then describes the key allegations including a simple explanation of the antitrust law.
Next, various NAR standards of practice that are singled out by the Plaintiffs are discussed. The actual verdict form is displayed showing the damages of $1,785,310,872.
The course then delves in detail into all the practice changes that the NAR settlement calls for.
